As a Talent Acquisition professional, Jason has 16+ years of experience in both internal and agency positions.
He has extensive experience across engineering, automotive and community businesses with a strong focus on industrial environments. Jason has developed and implemented individual and overall strategies in talent including, sourcing, attraction, candidate engagement, EVP as well as social media and TA marketing.
He is passionate about improving a candidate’s experience from when they are first engaged in the market, through to their onboarding with a business. He also has a strong passion for improving TA processes through the adoption of unbiased hiring principles and improving the DE&I of a business.
